The New School, built on the red-gra pitch and the tennis courts. Red-gra is Red Gravel, a gravel football pitch, not much fun if you were brought down, possibly the only part of the school that nobody was sad to see go. Photo taken from the top floor of the stairwell.

This was the sign you would have seen when leaving the school grounds via the front entrance ----------------- see next photo.

To most of the former pupils, Duddeston Manor Bi-Lateral School (even when they dropped the Bi-Lateral bit) will always be known as Duddy (or Duddy Manor), for a bit of fun with the previous photo I 'Photoshopped' some graffiti to express my feelings.

Looking along Wardlow Road from Great Francis Street.

The Front of the new school, with Duddy Manor in the background. It doesn't look too bad from this angle, I suppose it's not what a building looks like that's important, it's what happens inside that matters.

A small part of the 'Big Building' is yet to be razed. Image Date: 11/01/2013

he Final Crunch - The last part of Duddy to be demolished, this photo was taken 10 minutes after the previous image. Image Date: 11/01/2013
