Bradford Street - The building on the right, E.Steiner Ltd manufactured car components, 'Brivec' and 'Dingdong' being their most notable (no, I've never heard of them either), the company dissolved in 1992 so I think this building has been vacant since then. There is quite a lot of regeneration around this area, converting disused warehouses and factories into living accommodation (a lot of new builds as well), so at some point in the near future it is likely this will be converted, or demolished.

Kingfield Heath supplied office products, stationery, furniture, etc. This building is now derelict and will be redeveloped for living accommodation.
