An Old Building In Ledbury - I don't know what the original use of this building was, but the reason it caught my eye was how deformed it was, and how the upper floor extends the pavement below. Image Date: 12/08/2009

Ledbury Park - One would normally expect a grand house like this to be built within the grounds that are part of that estate; this one however was built on the corner of two busy roads - Worcester Road and The Southend. Originally named 'New House' it was owned by Edward Skynner, a clothier/haberdasher circa 1595. During the Civil War, Prince Rupert made New House his headquarters. In 1680 the estate passed to the Biddulph family. In 1820 the house changed its name to Ledbury Park. In 1996, the buildings were converted into flats/apartments. Image Date: 12/08/2009
